Aerial view of the Queensferry Crossing Bridge, spanning the Firth of ForthThe Firth of Forth is the estuary of several Scottish rivers including the River Forth. It meets the North Sea with Fife on the north coast and Lothian on the south. The new Queensferry Crossing Bridge is a cable-stayed structure, with three towers each 207 metres high. The overall length of the bridge is 1.7 miles. At its opening, it was the longest triple tower cable-stayed bridge in the world.
